These are the rules for using On Tonight. Using the app means you accept them.
A board of what's on tonight across Melbourne - specials, happy hours, trivia, live music - gathered from venue websites, public listings and tips from locals, and checked daily.
This is the important one. We work hard to keep the board accurate and we label how recently each listing was checked, but venues change things without telling anyone. A parma night moves, a price goes up, a kitchen closes early.
If a deal matters to you, ring the venue before you go. We can't be responsible for a listing that's out of date, or for a venue choosing not to honour something we've listed.
If you spot something wrong, use the report button. It genuinely helps and it's how the board stays honest.
The plan-my-night concierge uses AI to suggest venues from what's on the board. It's a suggestion, not a recommendation from a person, and it can be wrong about details in the same way any listing can. Same rule applies - check before you commit.
Anything you send in - typed details or a photo of a board - is checked by a human before it goes live. By submitting you confirm you're allowed to share it, and you give us permission to publish it on the board. We may edit it for clarity or turn it down.
Venue claims are followed up by hand. Claiming a venue doesn't give you control of its listings, and we may ask you to show you're connected to the business.
On Tonight lists alcohol specials. It is not an encouragement to drink more than you should. Venues are bound by Victorian liquor laws, including responsible service, and so are you.
On Tonight is provided as-is. It's a young app run by a small team and it may change, break, or be unavailable from time to time. We may add, remove or alter features.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing here removes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
